As it was a exterior preservation building more than 50 years after its completion, the exterior wall concrete was heavily neutered, leading to a lot of rebar corrosion and the removal of concrete sheath was beginning.
Therefore, the surface blisters were examined with ropes hanging over the entire outer wall, and all problematic parts were removed and restoration work was carried out on the outer wall using polymer mortar for section restoration. |
