The lateral force resistance system of this project is a reinforced concrete normal shear wall, and the existing brick building was remodeled using reinforced concrete and steel structure. The soil condition is S4 and the zone factor is equal to 0.176. In addition, the analysis was carried out considering the basic wind speed of 26 m/sec and the importance factor equal to 1, corresponding to the Seoul area.
