This project has a small core area, and except for the core, the majority of structures were designed as steel structures. Therefore the seismic Force-Resisting System of this project for ground floors is a Steel structural system that satisfies only the general rules of steel standards, and for the underground floors is a perimeter retaining wall system.
The soil condition is S4 and the zone factor is equal to 0.176. In addition, the analysis was carried out considering the basic wind speed of 26 m/sec and the importance factor equal to 1, corresponding to Seoul city. To transfer the load of the ground floors to the underground floors at the 1BF&2BF a truss system was adopted. |
