In the vertical extension remodeling construction, the preload is introduced by tightening the nut of the post-installed anchor with a hydraulic torque wrench at the connection of the new small-diameter pile wire loading device constructed to reinforce the pile foundation. Therefore the load will be transferred from the existing pile to the new small-diameter pile. This is a construction method that enables corrected wire loading to redistribute the load between piles. The technology certification was obtained in 2022 from the Concrete Society, and outdoor experiments were conducted at Daechi Complex 2. |
