This task is an inspection in accordance with the provisions of the 『Special Act on Safety Management of Facilities』 for Building A of Kayo Hospital. It investigates and analyzes the physical and functional defect factors of the target facility and, if necessary, conducts a safety review through structural analysis to provide safety information to the target facility. The purpose is to comprehensively evaluate the condition and structural safety of the project.
